HEALTH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our priority: to offer healthy and nutritious bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This starts with a strict adherence to quality control, from the planting of the seeds to the final bake. Our flours come from organic farming, ground on stone mills, and stored in ventilated silos, with no pesticides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For their production, we use a live natural sourdough, refreshed daily. This sourdough, combined with slow fermentation, allows us to create excellent bread, low in gluten, rich in living nutrients, and beneficial to health. The baking is carefully done in stone-deck ovens, ensuring an authentic and flavorful product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
